The Commercial Prone Leg Curl machine is designed to help users strengthen their hamstrings and calves with maximum comfort and support. The contoured elbow pads and handles provide a stable grip and cushioning for the arms while in use. The adjustable start position of the footpad allows the user to customize the starting position to target the specific areas of their leg they want to work on. The hip support pad provides added support for the lower back and core muscles, which are engaged during the exercise, helping to prevent injuries.

In addition to the user's comfort, the machine is also built with durability in mind. It features a heavy-duty commercial grade frame and parts. Comes with a fully integrated pin-loaded weight stack for precise and easy adjustments.

SHIPPING

Freight is calculated at checkout. For freight on multiple items, simply add all the products to your cart and use the shipping calculator upon checkout. If bulk orders are needed feel free to contact us via our website messaging portal for a custom quote.


Our shipping time frame varies depending on your location and the items you have ordered, but generally speaking, your order will be immediately dispatched same or next day and your products should arrive within 1-7 business days Australia wide business days from dispatch.

Shipping may be affected by factors such as the distance, weather and various logistics related delays in which case, please take this into consideration for the rare occurrence of slower shipping times. When this happens, we will keep you up to date as needed.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Items have a shipping cost unless the listing/item states it is Free Postage. Freight costs vary for each buyer depending on their postcode/location.
  • Deliveries cannot be sent to a post office box due to some items being above size restrictions for Australia Post.
  • Couriers can only deliver Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Delivery charges are quoted as “curbside delivery” which means as close to your premises as practical for a truck and to the ground floor.
  • It is your responsibility to advise us:
    • If someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
    • If there is somewhere safe it can be left if no one is home (e.g. around the back of the house)
    • If the address is a business address. We will require information regarding the business hours and the name of the building.
  • If you miss the delivery, there may be a possibility that may require you to pick up the delivery from the freight companies depot or arrange a re-delivery which may incur additional costs.
  • We cannot advise you of the exact day and time delivery will occur however, we will email you the tracking details and the freight company contact details and they can provide you with a better estimation of the time.
  • Items may be delivered with additional packaging for transit protection, or on a pallet for ease of transportation. It is the responsibility of the customer for the removal of any waste at the delivery location.
  • If you are looking to refund an item, freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer. To facilitate this, Insource will deduct the shipping cost from the eligible reimbursement amount (the price of products purchased) and pay this to the courier directly on behalf of the customer. The Insource team will discuss these costs with you prior to processing the refund.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty 
All of our products come with at least a 1 Year Warranty. This warranty covers any enquiries regarding your product and any manufacturer’s faults that may occur. Manufacturer faults are issues that arise due to the way a product was made.

If your product requires attention, please return the item with all original packaging and contents (If possible), together with proof of purchase to an Insource online store. For delivery orders please contact us with your order number and we will organise for the item to be returned, freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer. 

If the products are damaged during logistics, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with evidence of this damage. In this case, the return fee will be covered by us.

30-day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@insourceonline.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
