Warranty
All of our products come with at least a 1 Year Warranty. This warranty covers any inquiries regarding your product and any manufacturer’s faults that may occur. Manufacturer faults are issues that arise due to the way a product was made.
If your product arrives faulty, defective, has missing parts or has been damaged during manufacturing process, please send photos and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Depending on the fault, we will provide a solution or options for you.
Faults/Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear & tear
- Damage from abnormal use/abuse
- Damage due to improper installation or assembling
- Insignificant variations / minor imperfections that do not effect the function of the product
- Damage occurred during your own manual handling or transportation of goods
- Damage to external packaging
- Damage from using items on wrong materials, surfaces, or environments
For any claims, please contact info@insourceonline.com.au and provide us with your order # / proof of purchase. Only the original purchaser of the item can make a claim.
